About Westminster Porta Potty Rental
People sometimes assume we run a fleet of trucks. We don't, and it seems only fair to explain what we do instead.
What sort of business is this?
We are a referral service and nothing more. Westminster Porta Potty Rental owns no toilets, no trailers and no pump trucks. Our job is to answer the phone and steer you to an independent portable toilet company that operates near you.
Then who handles my rental?
The company we connect you with. They write the quote, set the units down, keep them pumped and clean, and take them back at the end. Whatever agreement you sign is between you and that company, not us.
Why not look one up myself?
You certainly can. Calling us mainly spares you a round of phone tag. You describe the job once, and we try to find a company whose route reaches your address. After that, ask them whatever you like and make up your own mind.
What should I have handy before I call?
- The street address for the units
- Start and end dates, or a rough guess at how long the work will last
- A headcount, even an approximate one
- Whether you want a hand-wash station or an ADA unit
- Any quirks of the spot, such as a locked gate, a hill or a muddy patch
Do you set the prices?
No. Pricing comes from the provider, and we never see a bill. It tends to depend on how many units you take, how long you keep them and how many service visits you want.
My rental is already out. Who do I call about a problem?
Call the provider directly, since they can act on it fastest. If their number has gone missing, ring us and we will help track it down.
